Cancellation Policy

If you wish to reschedule your appointment please contact us. Any reschedule will be subject to a 10% administration fee. Any date that is rescheduled is subject to 100% cancellation fee from the original date. ​Any cancellation up to 7 days prior will be subject to a 20% cancellation charge. Any cancellation within 7 days will be subject to 90% cancellation charge. Cancellation on the day will be subject to 100% cancellation charge.​ Mr Sam Robins reserves the right to waive this charge at his discretion.
